We are born with the philosophy that every company can reach the dream of an industrial engineering service based on its realities, with the experience of Hilmar Vielhaber and José García as founders and engineers of FELDO Industrial Design. They come up with revolutionary ideas and concepts in the industry. As design and development managers they have realised the concepts that later became reality. Years of experience in the industrial engineering sector and a great team of professionals make small and big dreams come true.

Industrial Engineer
PCE produces and sells a wide range of measuring instruments, scales and balances.
In 2007, Vielhaber founded FELDO together with José García (PCE partner in Spain and Italy).
The main focus of FELDO lies in the design and production of luxury products with extraordinary technical features.
After finishing his studies with a master´s degree in engineering, he started his career in 1995 in industrial paper production as a factory assistant.
After two years he was appointed production manager. In 1999 he resigned from this commitment and founded PCE together with two associates.
Mechanical engineer
In 1998 he finished his studies in mechanical engineering and started his career as a constructor in an automotive company. He was involved in the development of parts for Formula 1 racing. In 2002 he founded PCE Spain together with three partners.
Nowerdays PCE (with divisions in Germany, Spain and Italy) is a leading manufacturer and supplier to various industries in the field of measuring instruments and weighing equipment.
García almost simultaneously takes the decision to use industrial experiences when designing luxury goods. In 2007 he co-founded FELDO to turn ideas into real products. These products always show a very special technical extra.
